I had to visit Vladivostok, in the Far East of Russia, to visit family members there over a weekend. With only two days there, and the many family commitments, I only had a few hours for "photowalking".  I hope to go back soon - like Fukuoka in Japan, it's a really interesting small city that seems to get better and better with every visit.

"Zolotoy Bridge at Night".  Like a geometric Colossus the "Golden Horn" bridge dominates the winter skyline from almost everywhere in the city, linking the old to the new.  Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai, Far East Russia. "Winter Beach". While a very busy spot in summer, in winter the main beach promenade in the city was mostly deserted. There were only a few families out on the frozen sea in the afternoon.
